muzak woes

eeeeeeeeeeuuuuuugggggggggghhhhhhhhh.

Why must they ruin my already heinous workday with really awful cheesy muzak versions of Alanis Morissette's Ironic... ?

I'm talking major elevator-style here. I didn't ever conceptualize this one. sigh- there goes the saxophone and piano duet... It just feels so wrong... almost insulting.

Then, they always play the theme song from Taxi. I wonder if that song is ALWAYS a muzak standard.
